The OFYR Trailer is the must-have cooking unit for events and large parties. As the OFYR is part of the trailer, the unit is very easy to transport. It uses an OFYR XL as cooking unit, which caters up to 150 people at the same time. By removing the drawbar and sides of the trailer, you are able to create extra storage space on the front and the back of the trailer. This way the chef will always have wood at hand. The trailer is available in Corten.

Add some extra flavour while cooking with the multifunctional Cedar Wood Planks. These give the food a smoky flavour and slow down the cooking process by approximately 50% as well. That means more moisture is retained in the food, making it extra tender and juicy. The planks can also be used prior to serving, to keep cooked food warm on the OFYR.
